We keep a closed door policy not because we don't want anyone to see the birds, but rather it is to ensure their health is protected. This means, we do not have quests come into their enclosures or interact with the birds to ensure there is no transmission of illness from outside sources or other flocks.

As a family homestead our birds are not a mass produce business but rather our passion.

We reserve the right to;

Deny purchase requests for birds if suitable housing is not proven
Deny purchase requests for birds if required permits are not obtained and proven
Deny purchase requests of chicks less than 2 weeks of age

We do not tolerate;

Aggressive or violent behaviour in either verbal or written form
Any threats to ourselves, property or livestock and will take required action / report offenders

Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on live birds or eggs products

Once a bird has left our property they are no longer considered part of our "closed covey" and cannot be returned to us, however if you need assistance rehoming a bird (for a logical reason) we are happy to provide help when we can.
Eggs for consumption are labelled with storage instructions and are sold with the intend of animal consumption
Eggs for hatching are sold by the dozen, collected daily and inspected for cracks prior to packing - we cannot guarantee hatch rates or male/female ratios
Eggs for hatching are sourced from individual breeds, in the case of our button quail we do not separate by colour
Powdered egg toppers are labelled for canine consumption only

LIVE BIRDS:

Be sure to do your research on the type of quail you have interest in, the housing requirements and necessary permits based on breed and your location.

If you have questions about the process of coming to pick up your bird(s) please be sure to ask PRIOR to purchase and pickup. If requirements are not met or you do not come at the appointed time your bird will no longer be kept for you and we will NOT issue a refund.
